A Gravina ci sono molte strutture, come ristoranti, osterie, caseifici, panifici bar e cantine vinicole, che offrono al turista la possibilità di gustare i piatti tipici del territorio. Possiamo citarne alcuni. Tra i ristoranti, le osterie e i bar più antichi, troviamo:

RISTORANTE MADONNA DELLA STELLA
Affacciato sulla Gravina, un pittoresco dirupo, offre una vasta gamma di prodotti tipici gravinesi. Qui si possono gustare i sasanelli, dolci tradizionali al cacao e vin cotto; "u ruccl", focaccia con cipolle, acciughe ed uva passa; la "crapiet", piatto tipico con cicorie e fave e, infine, i celebri vini rossi di Botromagno e la famosa verdeca, il vino bianco di Gravina.
"MADONNA DELLA STELLA" RESTAURANT
It is situated on a picturesque precipice called the "Gravina". It offers a variety of local dishes. Here you can taste the "sasanelli", traditional cakes made with cocoa and "cooked wine", "u ruccl", a flat bread with onions, anchovies and raisins, the "crapiet", a typical dish with chicories and broad beans. You can sample the famous local red wine Botromagno and the traditional and well-known white wine, the "verdeca".
OSTERIA CUCCO
Aperta 7 anni fa dal sig. Cucco, è una piccola osteria a conduzione familiare che con i suoi 3-4 dipendenti organizza incontri e meetings all'insegna della cucina tipica gravinese.
"CUCCO" TAVERN
It was opened up by Mr Cucco in 1994. It is a little family run tavern with three or four employees. They organize feasts or meetings to taste local typical dishes.
BAR MOKA D'OR
Operante da circa 70 anni, essendo un piccolo bar con circa 2 dipendenti, offre dolci tipici della cultura gravinese, oltre a buonissimi gelati artigianali.

It is a very little bar which has been working for seventy years. The staff comprised two dependents who offer local cakes and tasty handmade icecreams to the clients.
BAR GAMBRINUS
E' situato nel centro storico e fu costruito 40 anni fa. E' gestito da una donna e i suoi figli, i quali offrono al cliente ed al turista specialità tipiche della tradizione culinaria gravinese. Il nome Gambrinus deriva da una leggenda che narra del re della birra chiamato Gambrino. In estate, è possibile gustare le sue specialità anche all'aperto.
GAMBRINUS BAR
It is situated in the historical centre and it was set up forty years ago. It is managed by a gentle lady and her sons. Here customers and tourists can taste a wide range of local specialities. The name Gambrinus comes from a legend which tells of the king of beer, Gambrino. In summer the bar specialities can be tasted in the open air.
BAR RISORGIMENTO
Costruito circa 40 anni fa, al suo interno lavarono membri della stessa famiglia. Offre dolci tipici, ma anche ottimi drink. Il suo mome deriva da un'idea del proprietario. In estate, è possibile gustare buonissimi gelati seduti all'aperto.

It was built about forty years ago. It is a family-run bar. It offers typical cakes, as well as soft drinks. In summer you can taste good icecreams, served at the table.
